For a long time, I carried parts of my story quietly.
Writing Built With Purpose meant returning to memories I treasure and others that still hurt. It meant being honest about grief, family, love and the way ordinary moments can shape a life. There is a vulnerability in putting those thoughts on paper and knowing someone else might read them.
I did not write this book because I had everything figured out. I wrote it because I was learning that purpose is not always something dramatic. Sometimes it is found in showing up for your family, creating something meaningful or choosing to keep going when life looks different than you expected.
My dad’s memory is woven into the way I think about legacy. I often wonder what we leave behind beyond photographs and possessions. I think it is the stories we tell, the kindness we offer and the love people remember long after a conversation ends.
If you are in a season of change or grief, I hope this book reminds you that your everyday life matters. You do not need a perfect story for it to be worth telling. Built With Purpose is available to readers who want to walk through those reflections with me.
